We love this B & B and Raphaella and Renato are wonderful host/hostess.
The room is beautifully done and love that side street short cut to the town center.
Our dinner at Antica Moka was fabulouse could not get Francescana (Osteria) even though they hosting 3 months ago. Ah: next time to Modena.
We love the city and Ferrari Also.

We received a code for the electronic security lock at the house entrance before arrival. In the entrance there are safes with the corresponding room number, which can also be opened with the previously communicated individual code. In it the room key, a free parking permit for a parking lot directly in front of the building on the less frequented street. A small map with restaurants in the area. Further useful information. Elegant, spacious and generously dimensioned room, functionally furnished with beautiful new furniture, original lamps, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, small balcony overlooking a tidy and beautifully landscaped courtyard. Amazingly quiet. Very central, just a few steps from the idyllic old town. Highly recommended in every way.

Wer an das Klischee glaubt, Italiener können nicht besonders gut organisieren, wird hier definitiv eines Besseren belehrt. Alles klappte wie am Schnürchen. Wir erhielten vor der Anreise einen Code für das elektronische Sicherheitsschloss am Hauseingang. Im Entree befinden sich Tresore mit der entsprechenden Zimmernummer, welche ebenfalls mit dem vorher mitgeteilten individuellen Code geöffnet werden können. Darin der Zimmerschlüssel, ein Gratisparkschein für einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude auf der wenig frequentierten Strasse. Plänchen mit Restaurants in der Umgebung. Weitere nützliche Infos. Elegantes, geräumiges und grosszügig dimensioniertes Zimmer, zweckmässig eingerichtet mit schönen neuen Möbeln, originelle Lampen, modernes Bad, bequemes Bett, kleiner Balkon mit Blick in einen aufgeräumten und hübsch bepflanzten Innenhof. Erstaunlich ruhig. Sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte von der idyllischen Altstadt entfernt. Absolut empfehlenswert in jeder Hinsicht.
